Energy Entanglement and Space Holding
As a participant, as a facilitator, ways to uphold energetic integrity and honouring each own journey
In the summer of 2025, amidst the sweltering heat of Singapore, a group of initiates from the Auset Temple Healing gathered to enhance their spiritual development. Under the guidance of Cheryl Aarts, a skilled healer trained in Alchemical Healing by Nicki Scully, they came together in a spirit of synergy.
With open hearts and eager minds, twelve initiates formed a circle, ready to gain insights and new skills to apply in their own healing practices and for their clients.
During healing sessions, meditation circles, and particularly in a course titled “Alchemical Healing,” participants often find their inner worlds stirred. This process can bring to the surface various energies, suppressed emotions, and ancestral traumas that are ready to be released. Those who are brave enough to confront these feelings do so not only for themselves but also for their family lineage and the collective. This act of witnessing and clearing is essential for transformation.
Throughout generations, many individuals and families have experienced injustices and traumas that remain unprocessed. Often, those living in different times and places did not have the opportunity to heal these wounds. Some individuals today are born with the purpose of breaking “generational curses” or serving as the “black sheep of the family,” tasked with clearing ancestral burdens. To embark on a healing journey, it is crucial to experience and process these emotions. This concept is widely recognising in psychology and among practitioners, emphasising that healing occurs through a process that includes:
Recognising emotions
Allowing emotions to flow
Being present in the body to process these feelings
Naming, allowing, and releasing emotions
In recent years (2023-2025), there has been a growing emphasis on mindfulness and somatic therapies. Notably, Bessel van der Kolk's book, “The Body Keeps the Score,” highlights how traumatic experiences leave energetic imprints in the body. In the Auset Temple Healing lineage, we delve deeper, discussing how these energetic forms are stored in our bodies, cellular memories, and even our soul star chakra. These imprints can affect our divine essence and may stem from past lives or ancestral traumas that can be passed down through generations.
This understanding encourages healers to view meditation circles and energetic gatherings from a multidimensional perspective.
As practitioners and sensitive individuals participate in these circles or workshops, it is essential to recognize that both personal and collective stagnant energies may surface, regardless of one’s level of experience or professionalism.
During the ten-day workshop, we witnessed common themes emerge among participants, including fears of loss, grief, guilt, shame, and ancestral traumas. Many expressed a desire for miraculous healing for themselves and their loved ones.
Discernment: Is the Energy Mine or Someone Else’s?
As these common themes intensified within the energetic container, sensitive participants began to ask themselves:
Is this feeling mine?
Where does it come from?
If the energy does not belong to them, it invites them to transmute and clear it. However, in high-energy environments, these common threads can become entangled. Sensitive individuals may find themselves overwhelmed by emotions that feel like their own but may actually belong to others. Personally, I often sense collective pain and grief, which can become so overwhelming that it feels entirely personal. As I focused on these emotions, I realized that these common threads had become “entanglements.” What starts as a thin thread attached to the auric field can grow into a significant energetic imprint if not properly cleared, eventually affecting our physical bodies.
For spiritual practitioners and healers, it is crucial to maintain our own energetic integrity. We must not only clear our energies but also address ancestral and past-life issues. The last thing we want is to take on entanglements from others.
Safe Energy Practices
For those who are aware, practicing Merkaba light body protection is often sufficient. However, for extremely sensitive individuals, additional measures may be necessary. The introduction of the 12D shield and the Maharic Shield can help sensitive individuals maintain balance and reduce triggers from others' behaviours. As one’s spiritual development progresses, sensitivity to surrounding energies also increases. Therefore, it is essential to take responsibility for our own energies and experiences, practicing energy integrity and hygiene.
When inner emotions are stirred, a significant amount of energy is released. To minimise energy entanglement, visualise a light tunnel connecting the source light to your heart center, creating a vacuum seal to transmute energies with the intention of releasing them either to the light or down to the Earth’s heart.
As a facilitator, Cheryl Aarts suggests visualising all participants within a honeycomb structure to ensure that each person's energy remains contained. Additionally, visualising each participant within a Metatron cube—a sacred geometric shape—can help create a vacuum for energy to flow to the source and the Earth’s heart, ensuring that all released energies are transmuted in the light tunnel.
The Goddess Neith introduced by Sri Mulyadi is a powerful ally in protecting individuals in the field of energetic work. More commonly known in ancient Egypt as a war goddess. Neith is a weaver and primordial goddess and is highly connected and tied to Grandma Spider. Goddess Neith can be called upon in this energy work as one visualise her web around cocoon you as an energy shield and bubble.
How Energy Entanglement Appears
Energy entanglement first initially appears as this very thin silverly cord from people, places, situations, events tied to the auric field. It begins in our aura field, for those who are sensitive, that is enough for the sensitive ones to start feeling the emotions and energy impact. If one chooses not to do clearing and healing, scanning of the aura field those cords and energy field, begins to seep through into the 9 levels of the body - from physical, emotional, and mental body to identify a field.
Just as one does energy clearing every night for energetic hygiene, it is also wise to do include a scan and clearing of entangled threads. Call upon Archangel Michael and Neith to release and dissolves these threads with gentleness and transmute the threads within the Violet flame of transmutation.
