How to find ease, grace and unexpected growth during life's most challenging transitions

One of late awakening hour evening, whilst following my usual daily routine and allowing the natural course of algorithm of the modern day technology AI generated playlist. I came across a student of Dolores Cannon sharing we are now entering the period where the Earth will shed and leave old density to the new. A period of significant global change—a time when humanity might leave behind old ways of thinking to embrace new perspectives.

Being naturally curious, I researched this further. Thanks to Google and modern technology, information is readily accessible, and Dolores Cannon's work can be found in both written and video formats. She have shared:

As the New Earth approaches, our way of thinking is being challenged more and more. The Veil is thinning and lifting as our consciousness expands. This is a requirement for entering the new dimension with the raising of our vibrations and frequencies. The old paradigms and archaic belief systems must fall to the wayside to make room for the new.

One can take this quote, and interpret this “New Earth Shift” that often is referred and mentioned there are shifts either to one’s soul, societal/cultural changes and or Earth. Most often, this shift is interpreted as a transition and the process of “Dark Night of the Soul” as a form of collapsing/shifting timelines, and/or breaking of old paradigm and structures. In the Spiritual realm, many has the perspective the “Dark Night of the Soul” requires ones to go through the shift through pains and shadow, often drawing the imagery of a hermit lurking in the shadow and the depth of darkness with grappling negative emotions: fear, anguish, distort, anger, depression, sadness, grief and as many negative feelings that can be listed in isolation. Most see it as a challenging time to go through “in order” to shift, grow and allow expansion in our lives, soul and for Earth.

Where does the Dark Night of the Soul Originate From?

The concept originally came from St John of the Cross in the form of poem from a Italian Catholic Priest describing the journey of mystical spiritual journey requires purification through challenges and pain to one’s spirit to have a relationship and be with the divine.

Nowadays, the term “The Dark Night of the Soul” is commonly thrown around as a way to express one’s pains, shadows and reactions to events and circumstances that affect one coming off misaligned. Many fear it and dread it and when they hear one is going through such a journey, the typical response is a sympathetic sigh or an offer to listen whilst the person vents their frustrations.

Although challenges and experiences does show up for one to reflect and release these outdated patterns, thoughts, narratives, inner challenges during these transitions, it doesn’t need to be difficult or challenging in order to facilitate personal growth.

The cosmic truth is that even in darkness there is light, and in light there is darkness—this is the universal law of duality. In reality, there are many ways to navigate these shifts and changes with ease and grace.

How to shift with ease and grace

Healing
When we're born, we all carry certain predispositions—what some call blueprints, contracts, or inherited patterns from previous generations. These influences often shape our experiences from childhood through adulthood, creating our reality and resulting in subconscious programming and behavioural patterns. As we navigate life whilst holding onto these old patterns, we often attract others with similar stories, creating complicated relationships. The less we practise individual energetic hygiene, the more we unconsciously absorb others' emotions and even collective societal stress.

Visiting a trusted energy healer, helps can help clear the unwanted energies in our blueprint, energy field, and begin to reprogram your experiences resulting in

  1. Higher Frequencies

  2. A more peaceful outlook resulting a healthier emotional well-being

  3. More aligned experiences

  4. Better supported relationships

  5. More joy

  6. Greater wisdom and insight

Neutral Perspective

As our world undergoes change, just as we individually bring awareness to our inner depths and lower impulses, we may feel that the world around us appears shaken or worse than before. We must understand that modern technology's ability to flood our collective consciousness and alter our reactions through information overload is easily accomplished.

When we watch the news, events can naturally stir reactions that media and education have conditioned us to have—pushing us to choose sides and take strong positions. This drives human consciousness towards anger or passionate hatred. If we find ourselves feeling adamant, strong, or fuelled with high-intensity emotions, it reflects that something within us resonates with these situations. In such cases, one might benefit from counselling or therapy that can address these reactions at a deeper level, as they may stem from past experiences, family trauma, or deep subconscious wounds.

However, there's another approach that supports positive change: maintaining neutrality. Whether we're in helping professions or simply living our lives, the best practice is to maintain a balanced perspective on situations and experiences. The best way to achieve this neutrality is to remain curious and open-minded, hearing different viewpoints without becoming emotionally or mentally invested. Initially, this may be challenging, but like developing any skill, the more we practise, the more natural it becomes.

By remaining neutral, we gain the ability to see experiences from a broader perspective, allowing us to understand the bigger picture and receive clearer insights.

Choosing Kindness
Having witnessed so many human beings fall into depression or anger with themselves; and as well as being an individual who has sunk into the deepest despair of darkness with depression; the most common thread is the harshness and self critical judgment and a negative narrative where they are bashing on themselves.

We all begin as divine beings—watching young children, they are enthusiastic, vibrant, unlimited, seeing endless possibilities and never blaming or being upset with themselves. As an educator, I observe children and then adults, wondering what happens during the journey of growing up.

As we begin living our soul contract, energetic and karmic imprint, the main lesson is to be kind to ourselves - to return ourselves back to divine source of love, and to recognise our own beauty and light. In today’s world, no one teaches us how to love and accept ourselves, instead we are flooded with media, image, videos and news of what is perceived as normal or acceptable.

With current global changes, we're invited to first be kind to ourselves, beginning by forgiving ourselves. It's through radiating loving energy towards ourselves that we can shine and illuminate possibilities for others to see how to be kind to themselves and others. When we begin forgiving, loving, and being kind to ourselves, we hold more empathy and space for others, as we're not clouded by our own fears and judgments.

Mindfulness Practise
Mindfulness is the opportunity to allow ourselves to be centred and aligned, recognising our inherent worth. It involves going inward to find peace mentally, emotionally, and physically, creating harmonious balance. By being centred, we develop more trust in ourselves and the universe.

Many people have interpretation and share mindfulness is the act of meditation, sound baths, or doing X,Y,C. Mindfulness is the simplest way of any repetitive motion or pattern that can bring us back to our own breathe and way of being that give us serenity, awareness and peace in that moment without judgment. Mindfulness to everyone can be personalised and different, there is one way to fix all, and no one way that must look and be a certain way. Mindfulness can come in all different shape and form from singing, baking, kneading dough, running, yoga, pranayama, walking, listening and journaling.

Have joy
Living on this planet, we handle considerable challenges: physical limitations, genetic predispositions, inherited patterns, and mental conditioning that distract us from an essential truth—we all deserve happiness and a joyful life. When we begin to shift our perspective into lighter and more positive outwork, we are choosing happiness and joy. Happiness and joy are higher frequencies, joy is on the range of 500 Hz on the vibrational frequency chart.

When the people consciously choose joy, they are choosing themselves, they are choosing their sovereignty by keeping a light heart, that can easily be measured against Ma’at scale of white feather. We as human are choosing to be in our birthright on the Earth plane.

Conclusion
By taking a hold in our presence in choosing to see and experience difference perspectives, we can shine light on what is possible and radiate for others to respect, respond differently. In a course of miracle it defines a miracle when one changes their perspective, a subtle shift that has ripple effects.

This is the time, to allow ourselves to have the moment to moment shifts - the grace to choose to either think, react, do, feel differently. It may initially seem challenging but it’s like muscle memory, the more we are conscious and catches ourselves to shift, the easier and faster it all comes.
